Roofing Bid Notice

SECTION 00 11 13


Sealed bids will be received from bidders by Granville County Public School System Board of Education located at 101 Delacroix Street, Oxford, NC 27565 until 1:00 pm on 27 November 2019 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the J.F. Webb High School Partial Roof Replacements.

Electronic project documents may be obtained from the Engineer, REI Engineers, Inc., 9121 Anson Way, Suite 100, Raleigh, North Carolina 27615 at no cost.  Hard copy project documents may be purchased from the Engineer at a nonrefundable cost of $150.00. Contact John Davinson ( for copies of the Project Manual. Project Manuals will be ready for distribution 11 November 2019.

All bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades.

Refer to Section 00 21 13, Instructions to Bidders for bid security and bonding requirements.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 11:00, 13 November 2019 at J.F. Webb High School, Room to be determined.  Attendance is Mandatory.
