Contact the GCS Technology Support Team using one of the methods below
1. Submit a Technology Support Ticket. (Available to Students and Staff)
This is the easiest, most efficient method to request technical support. Users can submit a support ticket 24 hours a day/seven days a week. A technical support specialist will receive a notification and respond as soon as possible during normal school hours.

2. Contact the Help Desk Phone Support Hotline (Available to Staff Only)
This option is available to STAFF that are unable to login to the Technology Support Ticket System above, have an urgent matter that needs more explanation than can be typed into a support ticket or just need to talk with a member of the Technology team concerning an emergency technology related issue. Use the Phone Number below to contact the Help Desk Phone Support Hotline.

3. Technology Quote Request. (Staff)
Granville County Schools staff can now request quotes for Technology equipment, devices and resources by logging into the One to One Plus ticket system. Once staff members are logged into the system, there will be a link available to request a quote. If you have any questions, please contact Melissa Lynch in the Technology Department.
