This is the recently revised 2012-2013 GCS Calendar, adopted by the Granville County Board of Education on April 9, 2012.  The new calendar reflects the recent waiver request granted to Granville County Schools from the 185 instructional days to the 180 instructional days; converting 5 instructional days to mandatory teacher workdays.  It also contains Early Release, Parent Conference, and Progress Report dates. Elementary Parent Conferences in January have been moved to January 24, 2013 to coincide with Middle and High School Conferences.  This calendar is NOT used for Granville Early College. (Latest revision approved by the GCS Board of Education on February 4, 2013; due to inclement weather closing on January 18, 2013.) Added Early Release for all Staff and Students for March 28, 2013.

This is the 2013-2014 GCS Calendar, adopted by the Granville County Board of Education on January 7, 2013.  It contains 182 instructional days and two mandatory teacher professional development workdays.  It also contains Early Release, Parent Conference, and Progress Report dates.  This calendar is NOT used for Granville Early College or for the Granville Magnet School.

This is the Granville Magnet School Calendar approved by the Board Of Education on January 7, 2013.  This is a year-round calendar.It is NOT the one that is used for other schools in Granville County.
