  • SUMMER CIVIC LEADERSHIP PROGRAM OPPORTUNITY FOR NINTH GRADE STUDENTS

    Granville County Government is seeking ninth grade student who reside in Granville County to participate in a public leadership internship this summer. Six student will be selected on a competitive basis to spend five weeks rotating through County departments to get "hands on" experience in local government operations.     Some of Mrs. Sondecker's Math students solved real life math problems as they partnered with the North Granville Recreation Advisory Council to plan and coordinate a Kids 1/2 Mile Race. Students also partnered with Stovall Shaw Elementary School to share their math experiences and invite them to participate in the race.
